Technical Sales Professional

Michfab Machinery is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Professional to join our team in Michigan. Opportunities are available in both East and West Michigan for the right candidate. This role requires prior experience and a proven track record in technical, needs-based B2B sales.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in time and territory management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Previous knowledge of the fabrication market (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency with the following tools:
    • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
    • CRM software.
    • CAD or CNC experience (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct cold calling and prospecting to expand your territory.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from discovery to project implementation.

Education

  • College experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Compensation

  • Commission-based, with terms negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
